Job Details for Liebherr Group Embedded Software Testing Engineer:
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
- Position: Full-time
- Experience Required: 4-6 years (Mid-level)
- Industry: Embedded Software Testing
- Estimated Salary: Rs.400000 to Rs.800000/- Per Annum
Responsibilities
- Design and modify test specifications based on software requirements
- Develop, implement, and execute manual & automated tests for Crane Control Systems
- Analyze test results and create bug reports
- Maintain and monitor build, test, and deployment infrastructure (Jenkins, HIL test benches)
- Support global teams in identifying and isolating software issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (ISTQB certification preferred)
- Experience in software or test development using Python, C, or C++
- Understanding of sensors, drive technology, CAN, EtherCAT, and HIL testing
- Experience with requirements management tools (PTC Integrity, Polarion, DOORS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, JIRA, SVN, Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured analytical thinking
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Trace Tronic’s ECU-TEST SW
- Knowledge of Matlab Plant Modeling
