As a Graduate Engineering Trainee, you will support senior engineers in preparing electrical plans, conducting system analysis, and performing on-site inspections. You will gain practical exposure to engineering methodologies, technical documentation, and collaborative projects across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform calculations including load flow analysis, short circuit studies, and voltage drop assessments
- Assist in the design and development of engineering plans and electrical diagrams
- Identify and resolve technical issues with circuits and equipment
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain project documentation
- Conduct field inspections, installations, and equipment commissioning
- Work closely with civil and mechanical engineers to support project success
- Stay informed on new materials, technologies, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CAD software or other engineering design tools is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
