Synopsys Inc Intern (Technical-IT) Job Role Overview
As an IT Support Intern, you will assist internal users with technical support, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and contribute to infrastructure development projects. You’ll gain practical experience in system administration, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration within a global enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, and network systems
- Install and configure systems running Windows 11 or other Windows OS
- Troubleshoot MS Office suite applications and Outlook issues
- Maintain data integrity, security, and password policies
- Support internal IT infrastructure and project execution
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong scripting knowledge in Python and PHP
