Reliance Jio invites fresh diploma graduates for its Apprenticeship Programme at Nirmal and Sirpur-Kaghaznagar, Telangana. Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer calls and coordinate with L2 support for resolutions.
• Monitor network/service touchpoints and dashboards at the NOC.
• Raise alerts on threshold breaches and address Level 1 (L1) issues.
• Monitor trouble tickets and ensure issue resolution within SLA/TAT.
• Coordinate with Circle teams for fiber, utility, and communication issues.
• Generate MIS reports and assist in network performance analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Year of Passing: 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
• Location Restriction: Candidates from Nirmal or Sirpur-Kaghaznagar only.
