Synergetics India, a leading provider of corporate IT training solutions, is looking to onboard 60 experienced trainers for a nationwide fresher enablement initiative. This large-scale program will onboard 8,000–10,000 freshers in FY 2025 and will be delivered through instructor-led, in-classroom sessions across multiple cities.
🗓️ Synergetics India Classroom Trainers Program Overview
- Start Date: 29th August 2025
- Training Mode: Onsite (Instructor-Led Classroom Training)
- Target Audience: Fresh Graduates (60 learners/day per trainer, split across 2 batches)

📍 Training Locations & Number of Trainers Required
We are hiring skilled trainers across the following cities:
- Pune – 20 Trainers
- Bangalore – 10 Trainers
- Hyderabad – 10 Trainers
- Chennai – 5 Trainers
- Mumbai – 5 Trainers
💡 Tech Tracks & Estimated Trainer Requirements
We are seeking domain experts in the following areas:
- Foundation (Programming Basics & Logic Building) – 15 Trainers
- Java – 15 Trainers
- .NET – 10 Trainers
- MEAN/MERN Stack – 10 Trainers
- Software Testing – 10 Trainers
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-classroom training sessions in assigned technical topics
- Conduct quizzes, hands-on exercises, and daily assignments
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments and final case studies
- Ensure classroom engagement by supporting both slow and advanced learners
- Report learner performance to the program manager regularly
✅ Trainer Requirements
- Local trainers preferred in each city
- Travel and accommodation may be supported if necessary
- Must be comfortable teaching fresh graduates in a classroom environment
